Welcome to the UNDERGROUND ALLIANCE'S official website. The Underground Alliance Method was developed for the serious and dedicated martial artist, focusing on practical and effective techniques. "Seigyo" is the concept he employ's behind his art. Seigyo defined simply means to keep superior situations against the attacking movements of the opponent in order to control/beat the opponent. The Underground Alliance was founded in 1996 by Haskins, Randy B. Sensei, a 9th degree black belt (Kudan) in Karate, a 3rd degree black belt (Sandan) in Aiki JuJutsu, a 1st degree black belt (Shodan) in Judo, and a purple belt in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Haskins Sensei has dedicated his life to the martial arts and has studied under some of the very best martial arts has to offer, including Noriyasu Kudo Kancho . Haskins Sensei has combined his lifetime of study with real life experiences; bounty hunting (East Coast Bail Recovery), personal protection services (TWC Security Service), defensive tactics instructor trainer (Ma. Sheriff's Association ), correctional officer (Sheriff's Department, Hampden), night club security (Various Clubs), military police officer (42nd Military Police Company) and infantry soldier (1/104th Infantry Regiment) and has founded what many are considering to be a HIGHER MARTIAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION. Haskins Sensei offers group, private, and on-site instruction in the Springfield, Ma. area. He is also available for seminars and demonstrations.
